The three new models are the 564, 584 and 585. The first two layouts are similar to those found in the more expensive Eccles ranges where they have been very successful. The new Sprite Lite range carries the original 1949 Sprite values of practical, lightweight and affordable caravans close to its heart and provides the ideal entry point for anyone looking for their first new caravan.

It is also ideal for those people who enjoy camping but are looking for a more substantial, comfortable and warm place to stay or simply those wanting an exceptional value, lightweight caravan with MTPLM’s starting at only 1039kg and prices from £9910.

The new range has smart graphics on one-piece 5000 series marine grade aluminium side walls, which improve impact resistance, a ¾ height front panel in closed mould GRP with large opening window and laminated rear panel with moulded ABS light housing. Hankook branded tyres with a minimum of 150kg extra load margin give improved performance and safety.

Refreshing interior design has modern fabrics and streamlined furniture in ‘Mali Acacia’ woodgrain.

The new Sprites have a new aerodynamic body shell with strong bonded roof and are light enough to be towed by the latest generation of fuel conscious family cars.

The stylish raked and curved front incorporates a large single window, while the rear has a full height one-piece rear panel with feature road lights. The construction also has a semi-recessed body coloured awning channel and roof corner capping moulds similar to the recently launched Challenger Sport and Eccles Sport models.

The hitch cover has a built in step for easy cleaning of the exterior, while the interior gets a complete makeover with modern soft furnishings, new ‘Mali Acacia’ wood grain and new style locker doors with long styled handles and positive closing catches.

All models continue to offer Grade 3 classification for heating and thermal insulation making them ideal for year round comfort. Kitchens have the same granite look moulded sink featured in more expensive Swift Group models, 112 litre fridge and full oven with separate grill compartment and electronic ignition.

The Major 6 gets a new layout with front parallel seating, side dinette and kitchen, end triple bunk and washroom with separate shower. Finally, the Musketeer EB layout is modified and becomes a 4 berth with a front chest of drawers added and the rear triple bunk replaced with short parallel seats with a bunk over.

Weights remain similar starting at around only 1150Kg (MTPLM) for the Alpine 2.

The new range will start arriving at dealers from December through to mid February.
